im looking into getting one of these weird things. but i wanna know as much as i can first.

so if anyones got one can you tell me...

whats your tank like?
how often do you feed it?
what substrate?

ect...

please no ''keeping them is wrong''

ive had that talk hundred times. i just wanna learn for now

You will find a lot of information about them in the True Spiders and Other Arachids forum. They have a sticky called Solfugids Actually live longer than we think, which has a lot of info.

i don't know why anyone would say "keeping them is wrong." but yeah, you will find all you will need to know in that sticky and through a quick search here on AB (in the correct forum). i actually still have a little guy i found this past summer. s/he overwintered and hardly moved at all for 7 months!!

i read that thread and ive started reading the biology of camel spiders.

the things i need to know are what your setups are like. and what heating you use. ect...

i wanna figure out what works best.
