Well our P. cambridgei has Totaly sealed herself in her web structure after fasting for a week.
She Killed a cricket today but didn't eat then sealed herself up.
Moult in progress I suppose and I can't wait to see her when she's done.

Here's her handy work.

Was neat watching her haul the substrat up to camaflauge it.

We are getting a P. cambridgei (ordered from Hokes) so i will be doubly interested to see what the result of the molt is.

Fortress update

Well she's moved around in there a few times. Mostly just lounging. No signs of actualy moulting yet.
I do wonder how she's going to go about it. She built it so she is always resting on a vertical.
But there is some softer incline if she's resting on the web itself and not the glass.

But hey. Our versi molted clinging to a vertical surface so I guess Slinky can pull it off as well.

Update!

Doug H, she was perty good size to start with. .
I just can't wait to see her and hope she does ok.

Update:::

Slinky flipped over on her back on a recline.
I can see a flexing of legs through the tiny openings she left along the glass.

Molt underway!

Halfway there!!

She wriggled enough that I got a good glance at her transparent new white fangs. The coloring I get to glimpse is Phenominal!

She's wriggling pretty good in there.

Well she was in a mad hurry to get her shed out and gave it a shove through the bottom of her webbing.

Moult complete and she is GORGEOUS!!!

Will take pictures as soon as she is up to emerging to pose for me.
