C.fasciatum puttin' on the ritz

My freebie Fasciatum I received from SSW as a speck molted late Thur. night so I snapped a few pics after work. He/she is still pretty sluggish so no great dramatic poses here, sorry. Pics are not the clearest either, but at least you can see the colors on this jewel. Around 3" now.
I don't remember what the white cap is off of but its not a soda bottle...

very very beautiful. I almost bought a 1.5-2" I saw at petco today but I made the mistake of going out to the car to ask my mom first she said no.

well my mom likes spiders, its my dad that hates them, but they seem to think two tarantulas is enough, which its not. It's not fair I mean its my money, that don't even have to see them, but whatever. I know if I bought one and brought it home with out asking they'd be pissed.

yep, ive done it before, and do it to this day. If I want an animal I just take it home and like a week later tell my parents i adopted it. After its in the house and been there its pretty safe and they wont make me get rid of it. thats how I got my mouse, horned dragons, Haplopelma sp. veitnam, dekay's brown snake, my turtle, my emperor scorp, and my pac man frog

my parents dont mind me having any animals, they just worry I wont be able to take care of em all but I do
