Very nice pictures!!

Do your T's seem to do ok with the super worms? Mine don't seem to go for them as well as they do crickets.

Also, do you smash the head of the worm before giving it to your T's, I'd be worried about them biting.

I have tried every T in my collection that is at least 3.5" in legspan and every single one of them loves them. I never crush their heads. It takes a while for the worm to die, but they never bite.

I usually drop the superworm right in front of their front legs and they go for it right away and with aboreal species I hold the worm in front of them with tweezers and they snatch it from me.

superworms are yummy! (at least my Ts think so) :)
I just wish they were as easy to raise as lobster roaches. I do the same thing for feeding, the terrestrials will snatch them up (or even dig for them, in the case of G rosea, and L parahybana), and the arboreals take them right off the hemostats

I don't have a single spider that won't eat one size of meal worm of another. Even my itty bitty s'lings will eat mini-mealworms.

My genic was hesitant for a long time, but eventually, she came around.

Anymore, I always squish the heads. No chances! My t's don't mind either.

hk4989 - Thanks

Dafne - I was born in Poland and spent 4 years there...don't remember much though. How is the whole tarantula trade there? I'm curious! Thanks!

Jake, that's nice to hear that you were born in Poland :)
The whole tarantula trade here in Poland is not that bad, I must say. As far as I can see it is raising very intensive, although it is almost impossible to buy such species like eg P. metallica, P. miranda or E. cyanognathus. But I can observe that lately we had some rare species like B. ruhnaui or B. klassi in a trade. And the prices were not so high, so this was the advantage :D

I will PM you later :)
