Buying/shipping snails in california

Im looking for fast breeding snails to use as feeders for one of my lizards but everything seems r e a l l y overpriced when i look online unless im looking in the wrong place. I dont want to deal with getting them from outside and dealing with potential parasites. Id love to get GALS but those are of course illegal. If anyone can recommend a good seller for snails please lmk

That vast majority of buyers for snails would be institutions for students to study. So your best bet would be canvassing the biology departments of universities and follow up any leads they may have.
As for sterile environment parasite and other organism free snails, if you could find them be prepared to pay a fortune.
Another avenue would be nurseries that specialize in organic pesticide free plants. You might hit a jackpot in the way of 'come and get them'. They wouldn't be likely to collect and ship them to you. And no guarantee they would be clean.
