Buckwheat assassin bug

First time I've ever seen such a thing, looks like a buckwheat seed with legs.
Anyone ID it?
Anyone collect these and WANT it?

I've seen that in Texas too, what state were you in? I can't say for sure that it's the same species I've seen here but it sure looks like it. I posted a pic a long time ago but didn't get an ID for it. I've only seen two.
