bubbles on leopard gecko!

my friend asked me to check out his gecko and i was perplexed!she had bubbles (fluid filled?air filled?)on each side of her cheeks close to her neck,and under her arms,,what are they???

Those are fat deposits, alot of geckos get those from being fed a high "fat" diet. I know of them under the arms, but never heard of them near the cheek...but I suppose it's possible. They store fat there just like in their tail.
I dont believe it's anything to worry about, but too much fat in a diet is never a good thing.

its almost see thru.kind of like blisters.reminds me a of a saggy water balloon.man thats alot of fat!
