Bright orange isopod frass?

Mistook this for mould at first, but some of my isopods have been pooping bright orange/red! I just fed them carrot so that's probably the culprit. But just in case, does anyone know of any illnesses this might be? Is it healthy?

Normal for their waste to be the colour of whatever they've ingested. I used to feed mine really cheap fish flakes, and the reviews on it said it turned the aquarium orange... I can believe that after seeing the isopods would appear to have an orange hue to their bellies, too...

Normal for them to poop orange if they ate mostly carrots. My millipedes also do this, as well as the snails I kept as a kid.
