So I found a pair of what @Hisserdude identified as Tetracha virginica tiger beetles, and apparently, they’re a breeding pair....

Nice! You'll want a moist substrate of sand or more preferable a sand and clay mix for adults to oviposit in, their larvae will need quite stable substrate for the burrows they make.

Ok, so I’ll probably need a deeper enclosure too, substrate about 3”-4” maybe? And should I move the adults to a different enclosure once the eggs are laid?

Yeah, that sounds like a good depth. And yeah I'd either remove the adults once you start seeing larval holes popping up, or remove the larvae into their own vials/delis.
