I will be breeding tarantulas for the first time in the next couple of weeks. The species I will be trying to breed is e. murinus. I found a female for my male that matured. I am gonnna let her get settled in for about a week or two.

Just wanted to give to everyone an update the male is still alive and in with the female I do not know if they mated though. He seems really scared of her but so far shes been nice and not eaten him yet.

Good luck! I bred my female right after she molted this past year and it was a good mating and she still molted out about 6 months later. Grrr..

I bred this spieces about a year and a half ago and got a succesful breeding that ended up in 213 little ones I would take the male out and try again in 1 week leaving him in for about 24 hours keep trying every week.Have you seen your male make a sperm web?
