Well I bred my E. murinus pair today, first attempt and it was a success Got some good footage of it too. First time with this genus for me. They skipped the drumming and aggressively went straight to business Check it out!!!!

Watch that second video closely though, that boy went superman for a minute!!! He jumped about a foot away and onto my hand! Sorry for the poor quality, that's the way the vids uploaded on youtube.

wow CodeWilster! this would be a great species to have as Captive bred, all i have seen lately are big WC females.

there's a reptile show coming up at the end of march, hopefully i'll find a skeleton female or two there, i might could use a male... i'll see what i can get at the show.

anyways, congrats on the mating, and i'm hoping you get a big fertile sac

Yeah I bought the boy at 2" CB from Botar a while back and he finally matured and by some miracle my rosehair-only local pet store got a WC adult female in a few weeks ago [one in video] so it was definitely meant to be!!!
She looked and looks very nice so I'm hoping she's somewhat freshly molted.

If I can mate them one or two more times I will put him up either for sale or loan so let me know if you can get an adult female. I didn't get any pics of the mating since I video'd the whole thing but I'll post a few of what pics I did get here in a sec...

And to the others yeah that leap in the second video was awesome!!! Had my hand not been there I don't know where he would have ended up, back at Krypton maybe?
