I have to say even though it was a G. rosea pair, it was quite exciting! The male got in the females tank (quite nervously) and did this little shake thing. The female right away did a big loud drumming thing. Then the male ran away. But I was persistent and kept trying to get him back in. Eventually after a lot of her drumming and crawling around excitedly looking for him(!!) they paired up. Unfortunately I was taping it from above and couldn't see if he got a good insert or not. I'll post the vid when I get back from LA next week (leave today for it). And hopefully he'll have made another sperm web while I'm gone and be a little bolder this time. She was totally friendly to him!!
