Once these become more common they will most likely be very popular. They stay small (6-7"), they eat anything (fruit, veggies, meat), are relatively simple to care for, and typically calm. Not to mention they're freaking awesome looking!

Are they personable, as in rather curious and quick learners like most skinks?

Yes. Most of mine greet you if you walk by with the foot trays or worms.

Very nice : )
They look like fat seals sitting on rocks along the coast.

Can you provide a care sheet ? How are they in comparison to other commonly owned lizards ? Are you selling any of them ?
