Brachypelma sabulosum... though the vagans and sabulosum look more alike than the vagans and angustum, I still believe mine is a vagans.

I'm still waiting for a good pic of the s. rub for comparison... but I know someone who has one so it won't be long now.

The difference between the vagans and the rubronitens is the absence of scopula on the retrolateral face of leg IV... With futher research I found that you can clearly see the bristle like hairs on the s. rubs leg 4 whereas the vagans is velvet like. Though the difference is subtle you can tell if you know what you are looking for. I was sure of what I had from the start and I was simply looking for confirmation...

Also notice the gold in the carapace is more pronounced in the angustum and the sabulosum and not so much in the vagans.
