my emilia (around 6-7cm DLS) just sits in her tunnel and only comes out very late once every 2-3 days to chill on her entrance. She is eating a cricket once a week but i usually don´t see her. Is this behaviour normal for a Brachypelma emilia or am I doing something wrong?

Your tarantula is probably fine. That is normal tarantula behavior. If she isn’t drinking her water that would be a problem though. Tarantulas dont move that much.

I always have a full water dish in her enclosure, but i have only once ever saw her drink something. the first few months i had her she did not burrow at all and just sat on the outside. Two months ago she started digging tunnels under the cork bark and acts as described

The burrowing is a god sign: your t is getting used to the new environment.
Don't worry about the fact that you don't see her drinking. Tarantulars can also stay get water trough their prey.

My adult females are rarely in their hides. They usually sit out in the open. As youngsters, all tarantulas tend to be more reclusive. It's their nature.

Yes, given the right setup many tarantulas are pet holes. You can have a B emilia that is out on display, but you can as well habe a pet hole. I gave a female B emilia lots of substrate. She dug a hole and dissipeard

I have an adult female. When I first got her she used to walk around and sit out in the open, but she retreated to her hide and I haven't seen her in almost a month. She seems to be happy and eating, just hiding.

Mine is a pet hole. She is old too. Her tunnel is against the side of the enclosure so I can see her anyways

My f B. emilia 3.5" is a pet hole. She has completely sealed her burrow since two month. I hope after the next moult, she will stay out more often. My other Brachys nearly never hide.

At least I´m not alone with this ;). It´s strange, I never before heard of Brachypelmas being so reclusive
