Completely normal. Abdomen looks plump. Not sure how big it is but it could be potentially many months before it eats again and that’s normal too

So, possibly months on top of the two previous months?
Depending on how old the spider is. Brachypelma tend to be pretty slow growing and go through long fasts. Mine is only 1.5” and the premolt fast lasted 2 months, so very easily it could take a long time for yours. All that’s left to do is just keep the water dish full and wait

Okay, thank you so much!
What a relief

She's really full and may not be hungry again for a very long time. Totally normal. Try to feed less frequently as she gets older.

Put her on a treadmill! 😉

Check out this thread from yesterday that is very similar to your issue:

looks healthy, looks fed. It will eat when it needs to. It could be months. It could go into molt. Make sure it has access to water and wait

That T does not need to eat, it looks much older than a year old it looks decent sized, maybe you’ve had it for a year? I wouldn’t even worry about trying to feed it as it is quite plump. Just make sure it has access to water and enjoy patiently waiting until it molts it could be awhile.

great sized abdomen. i wouldn't worry about it. i would just ensure there is drinking water. it looks like in premolt from the darkened bald spot.
my hamorii didn't eat for 4 months, and she was perfectly fine. her previous molt cycle was two years long.

As everybody mentioned, it looks healthy and some Ts can fast for months. To avoid fasting issues, feed less frequently. All you can do at this point is wait. It will molt eventually.

Mine should be molting soon but it keeps eating. I just fed her earlier and she accepted even though her butt is twice the size of her head. Yours look a lot older than mine though. I have had mine for a year and it's not nearly as big as the one in your photos.

Tarantulas, especially slower growing ones like Brachypelmas, Aphonopelmas, and Grammostolas, can have extremely slow metabolisms! When I got my B. hamorii, she had a plump abdomen and she hasn't been interested in food since November! They can literally go for months or even years in some cases without a meal and be perfectly healthy. I wouldn't be concerned unless her abdomen looks small and shriveled, which could mean she's deydrated. But she looks perfectly healthy to me. Just have patience!

Hello!
Im worried, my little over a year old t. has not eaten in about nine weeks, and has become very slow moving and reacting.
Maybe premolt? Or something wrong with her?
Aye just don’t be surprised because some tarantulas can be constipated and plugged up and they can’t poop and it builds up until they get extremely sick and slow then they die and there is really nothing you can do besides try to moisturize it’s abdomen pooping hole to help unplug it

Sometimes they are just very good eaters
