Okay okay yes I know its an aboreal species and we got a nice big tall tank for it. Im not sure if any of you remember me asking you about their funnel webs and when they start making them? well mine started making his but theres a slight problem. He made it not only on ground level but under ground. there is a lil castle type thing origanly ment for a fish tank that we decided to put in. and its got about 4 openings and is hallow well a lil while ago [few weeks] I discovered it [unsexed yet] had made a funne;l web inside that okay no problem.. now I find subrate dug up around the enterance I peer iside to see it's excavated a tunnel about a inch into the subtrate lo. umm I think I got a wierdo spider...

Who appears to be happy in it's new home.

All of my small T's do something like that. (.5 inch and smaller)
Even my "Usambara" slings who are a little larger, @1.5inches
They make a great tube web and also line their burrows with silk.

My Hetmac still has a burrow attached to its tunnel web with it having close to a 3"LS. This one seems to like keeping all it's options open for escape, as it's web has 3 different branches too.
