So, does anyone know of any good books specifically on Widows? I've searched and searched and can't find anything beyond childrens books, general field guides, and one book that I purchased a while back "Widows of North America" published by the ATS, but I really want a comprehensive book on widows. All 30 some odd species if possible. I know it's a long shot, but does anyone have any ideas?

Try emailing Dr Jeremy Miller: his current grant research has included a revision of Latrodectus species. jmiller@calacademy. He has a great knowledge of this lovely theridiid group. Also try Louis Sorkin :sorkin @amnh.org may also help in your endeavors.Cheers Tom
