I recently finished reading “Spiders of the world, a natural history” and loved it. I was wondering if anyone had any books pertaining to spiders that they enjoyed that I should add to my collection?

i was going to say that. I read it and it is definitely relevant. Especialy the chapters about the digestion.

i loved it. You learn a lot about how they “function”, and that applies to how we do husdandry. Because once you understand all those things, a lot of situations that would cause a keeper anxiety, don’t as much.

it builds a good knowledge base, and gives a keeper confidence. I know its mostly true spiders, but i think the tarantulas have similarities.

after reading it last year, i never had any questions about why my tarantula had fluids in their mouth opening.
