Anyone have any experience with this T? I can’t find much online or on YouTube. I have seen it for sale and it is listed as a dwarf species but another site said adult leg span is 5-6 inches. Any info or pictures is greatly appreciated!

Cyclosternum (aka Pseudhapalopus) sp Cundinamarca (Bolivian Orange Bellied Tarantula)
What a weird nonsense!
Cundinamarca is a Department in Colombia, NOT in Bolivia.
But yes, the Theraphosinae which is sold as Cyclosternum sp. CUNDINAMARCA have (more or less) organe colored bellies.

I've got one, they're pretty chill and easygoing. Mine is about 1-1.5" DLS and has adult colors.

I keep it somewhat moist like I would a G. pulchra in a small deli cup. When scared or startled, either from opening the enclosure or a feeder bumping it when it's not hungry, it will raise it's opisthosoma straight up to expose the orange butt. I think it's a way of trying to startle predators with a bright color, but there hasn't been a study to confirm it.

It doesn't bolt, throw defensive postures, and doesn't kick hairs, it just raises that butt! It might be the most charming spider in my collection right now.

It's been a great eater and hasn't refused many meals, although it mostly eats prekilled and doesn't hunt for itself. I think as it gets a little older it'll start to do that though.

The spider looks harder and shiny compared to other Ts, more similar to how some lycosids look if that makes sense. Kinda how you can see there's short hair on them but it isn't very plumose, more slicked along their body and stiffer and not very densely packed.

10/10 spiders. I absolutely love mine and wish I could have a million. I'm praying it's a female but I can't tell yet. I highly recommend getting one! Snapchat-376219649.jpg Snapchat-426702353.jpg

Hopefully the fools on YouTube who chase views from annoying spiders don’t get one , bet they will be tickling its belly and laughing 😆:: while it try’s to bite them . How big do they get they don’t look very stocky?

They're a true dwarf, I believe they only reach 2-3". Mine hasn't fully grown up yet so I can't confirm, so take that with a little salt.
