Hi, I have a question about one of my death feigning beetles. I own 3 beetles, two smooth death feigning beetles and 1 blue. As of recently, it's been a little cold at night (about 60-65°F). My blue DFB always tends to come out at night, but the last two or so nights she has stayed under her log.
I didn't worry at first, since I knew they were less active in cold weather. Tonight however, it was warmer than the last few nights (it was about 70-75°F) and she finally came out. However, her legs twitched somewhat noticeably as she went about, which sparked some worrying.
Any idea as to what the problem might be? The two smooth beetles seem completely fine, and haven't changed their routines at all (of which is similar to the blue one's). Any insight is greatly appreciated to help diagnose the problem with my sweet girl.
