So I was crushing the head of a mealworm so I could give it to one of my ts when I noticed something black.. out of curiosity i pressed down on the meal worm and this black thing came out, I dont know if it's some sort of parasite, it didnt move when it came out. I'm just extremely confused and concerned. Can anyone enlighten me on what it might be?

I'm pretty sure those are just the guts/intestines of the worm. They've come come out my worms as well which I breed myself. Nothing to worry about.
That's what I thought! I wasnt 100% sure as I've been keeping for only like half a year so I wanted to be sure, thanks for your input!
