Black bugs

Hi guys i am new in the tarantula community so i started seeing some small black bugs almost look like bettles but they are super small around the bark of my tarantula enclosure shud i worry or is it normal…they are not on my lil guy n he seems to be happy n thriving

Been using cork bark for decades- NEVER had such bugs

foreign invaders are never welcome by me

Remove bark and Replace with clean Bark.

I’d remove the bugs and take a picture of them .. :pics: :pigeon:

Hi , I assume you’re feeding mealworms . If, so the dark beetles and what mealworms turn into . The solution is pinch or cut the heads off the mealworms, before feeding the tarantula, or spider . Mealworms can and often do harm a small spider .

Been using cork bark for decades- NEVER had such bugs

foreign invaders are never welcome by me
I keep my leaves and bark in the freezer . You can boil them .
