Bioactive Boa Enclosure

Wondering if any other boa keepers have experience keeping BCIs or BCCs in a bioactive setup. I figure it's not likely to work out since they're so heavy bodied; pretty sure mine would destroy any plant I put in either by rooting it up or just smashing it, lol. But if anybody has had luck, let me know.

PS - I know this would be better asked in a reptile forum but I'm not on any of those and this isn't really a pressing matter to me, just a curiosity.

You know you can use fake plants. They can crush those all they like. As long as you have sprigtails and isopods to keep the mold and detritus at bay then they will be happy. Did with a BCI for about 11 years. You will have to clean up the huge dumps when you get to large rats though. No amount of sprigtails will do those turds in.

Well aware, I was just curious is anybody had luck with the full getup.
