best pet roach?

i like my B. dubia but it makes me sad when i have to fed em off to my various pets anyone has a recomondation for a non climbing non burrowing large roach :-D

I don't think there's such thing as a roach that cannot climb. My vote goes to the Madagascar hissing cockroach for a pet roach.

Giant cave roaches. They can't climb glass or plastic, they are HUGE, very neat looking and live 4 to 5 years. I have 4 of them and they are just fascinating!!!!

I bet they're cool, though. If I could afford one, I'd get it.

I would say B. giganteus or A. tesselata (Giant cave roch or Peppered Roach), either gets really big, not too fast, does not climb or fly (normally) and does not smell either. I like Peppereds because the nymphs are proportionately larger than B.giganteous nymphs, so its a little more bang for your buck. But having both my opinion officially is either.
