I've used hot glue a lot, but it cools often too quickly.
Can anyone reccommend the best kind of glue to use when trying to attach a cork board to the glass wall of an enclosure?

For attaching stuff to glass I like food grade silicone because you can easily remove it with a razor blade if you ever need to do some remodeling. For attaching cork bark to backgrounds or attaching plants to anything I like to use gorilla glue.

Clear food grade silicone, you can find it home depot/Lowes
This. For attaching backgrounds this is what I have used. However, I find that the hot glue gun is excellent for attaching cork bark pieces to one another and synthetic plants and such.

I just used the above pictured silicone to glue my cork board backing... Stuff was a pain in the butt in that it didn't spread well and takes forever to dry it seems. Finally got it all worked out and stuffed a ton of moss between the cracks of the different
Cork board pieces in order to pack it in tightly. Have been airing it out for a few days but there still remains a heavy glue smell in the tank. Someone told me it's just the vinegar in the silicone and won't affect my pokie... But when I was assembling the
Enclosure and whiffed the wet silicone it was pretty nauseating. Will the fumes affect my t? Any suggestions to get rid of smell? I used 3 tubes of the silicone cuz used some heavy cork and wood... Thanks!
