What would be the best feeder to keep at home, I plan to feed my T with superworms and something else but only 1 other kind of food so what would be best and I plan to buy an A. genic and an emp scorp, how many feeders should I buy that would start a colony that won't be too big or too small? I currently only have a B. smithi... Thanks{D

well try raising Dubia roaches....
it's kinda slow in growing and breeding....
but they're great feeders xD
start with 100 roaches....
if you're gonna buy lateralis roach they're fast in breeding and growing also lobster roaches....

Roach colonies are great feeders but try a mixture of different foods like crickets or super worms every once in a while..

Get yourself a couple of hundred B lateralis. Your smithi and maybe even your genic will probably ignore the superworms most of the time. Don't know about the scorp.

I've seen people mention Lateralis and Dubia. Anyone have any reasons to prefer one over the other? I keep Dubia and still wonder if that is the best choice.

Yeah, dubias and lats are my choices since people said crickets are stinky and noisy and I plan on having them in my room. Dubias and Lats don't fly and can't climb right?

It's actually the opposite for my b. smithi, it really likes superworms, the moments a superworms touches it's substrate, it's gonna get pounced. I only have small lats right now like less than .5" so maybe that's why he ignores them or let them run around and just eats them later?
