The difference is striking, the most I have seen so far within my collection, perhaps because it is the ultimate molt for this particular G rosea.(The images uploaded in reverse order)

Hey nice photos ....ive had the same thing happen to me lately...my Hiatian Brown molted into a mature male and then my A.Avic molted into a mature male ...so i know what ya mean !!!(Refering to your last thread"Now what do i do ") Congrats on your molt though :clap: :clap:

those are some of the best pics i have seen of G rosea, the leg striping is really incredible looking. :clap:

wow, he looks just like my male.

is he drumming? my male has had the hooks and all for some time now, but haven't seen him drumming, even tried him with my female, but no luck.

No drumming. He's still recuperating from the molt. Does anyone have any pics to post of a "red phase" G rosea. This guy's colors sure came alive.
