So I got a beetle in my last batch of crickets from my lps, and I know it is there to keep the cage at the pet store clean. Now there are little larva all over the tank. Would it be worth trying to raise these guys or put them in my invert enclosures to help keep clean?

Here are some pictures and I know my cricket cage is nasty.

I wonder if they would attempt eating a molting creature? Or do they just eat decomposing flesh?

If they don't have enough food they can and will eat alive adult crickets so i can't see why it would not eat one that is molting.
