I went to hand feed my bearded dragon, the cric escaped from the tweasers and started running on the dragon, the dragon shook its head viontley and it was sick, I mean 3 piles of it, it was just alod of cricket skin mashed together. Is this normal? :?

No. If a reptile regurgitates it is not normal. Barring snakes of course and thats still not normal. It can be due to stress. Its can be due to illness. Any reason why you are handfeeding your beardie? I really do not reccomend this as a practice, because they get addicted to receiveing food only from you and will stop eating any other way.

I just received a uromastyx about 5 months ago that was only handfed, refused food for about a month and I had to syringe feed him. I was going to have to tube feed him until he broke his fast and started eating. Basically the boy I got him from was tired of handfeeding him since that was the only way he would eat. So....really from experiance not a great idea

Well it must of been due to stress, it only vomited when the cric started running on its face, i don't usually hand feed it, thought i would give it a go. I heard that the smaller the food the better, think its food might be to large or what?

The rule of thumb with beardies is if the food item fits withing the space between the eyes its ok, any larger is too large. How old is the beardie? Are you feeding it greens and such too? That should be about 70 percent of the meal when they are little.... I used to do 2 days crickets (NEVER MEALWORMS WHEN THEY ARE LITTLE) one day fruit and the rest greens (NO spinach no iceburg, no romaine)

Adults about 3 days crickets/ mealworms the rest greens/fruit. OCASIONALLY a thawed prekilled mouse hopper.

Just PM me :) or you can post pics here. It looks like you have everything under conrtol those are the two things people tend to over look or are not told to have when they get beardies.

As far as looking a little thin, post pics lets see. Have you taken him to the vet to make sure he doesn't have any internal parasites? That can definitly cause anorexia, vommiting, and weight loss.
