I'm planning on breeding these spiders but ive been given some family/genus ID's. But the IDs dont seem to truly match (Agelenopsis was the given ID)
Found in New Jersey.

This spider more resembles Barronopsis sp more than any grass spider species i found in my range, but it seems that it does not live this far north.

I will try to get more photos of them asap. my main issue is that their legs are very thick, and striped, and most species in my area are *NOT* even remotely striped and thick legged. Also their faces are more elaborate than ive seen. These are very light off-white with black or dark brown markings. They are quite large spiders as well

Any info + care advice? I can make their enclosures, but any of their habits or experience raising them would be awesome.

Looks like it, but there are so many aglenopsis species that don't have pictures on the internet that it would be hard to rule out a similar looking species.

If it is Barronopsis, you have discovered a population that has gone undetected for years or it hitched a ride up north. Been to TN lately? lol

I'd tentatively go with Barronopsis
wow, i cant believe it! I had to ignore the geographic range to see anything that looked like her, its tough to make that kind of call but im glad to have a second opinion. thank you!
