Bald patch/cyst/blister?

Hi Arachnoboards, I got my very first T a month ago (an A. Avic) and I have a question. I noticed this small blister (?) under the abdomen. They (I haven’t sexed it yet) have been eating fine and drinking water, should I be concerned? What exactly is it? Thanks in advance.

I just cross referenced with an anatomy diagram and I think those are just the book lungs, please correct me if i am wrong though, I just want to make sure Boots is ok
