Badumna insignis care & husbandy info?

Looking to maybe get a Badumna insignis, not finding much info regarding their care requirements other then that they are a common house spider in Australia.

Care requirements pertaining to their housing seems fairly self explanatory, only the moisture requirements are bit of a grey area for me.
Would anyone be able to provide some input?
