baby sugar glider died

My baby sugar glider died this morning when i woke up and looked at it...i think that his mom abandoned him and he was too cold so he died..she is a single mom.. sad sad..

Sorry to hear about the loss. Some 1st time moms don't do well. They tend to get better at raising them after they have had a couple. Still knowing this doesn't make it any better.

yah i know it really sucks...i think the baby got really cold so it died but its mom wasnt trying to keep it warm..

Gliders typically have two babies at a time and it isn't very uncommon for them to abandon one if they aren't producing enough milk for it. They will also do this on a single baby if they feel they can't support it. As bad as it is when it happens sometimes it just isn't meant to be.
