Theres a little baby robin sitting in the lawn in front of me. Doesnt look like its ready to fly (but who am i to say). I havent touched it. Is there anything i can do??

Is it mostly feathered? It is probably a fledgeling, which are seen on the ground below nests, active but not able to fly, this time of the year. They are commonly and incorrectly "rescued" by well-meaning people on a regular basis. Unless the bird is injured, visibly ill, or in imminent danger, it should be left alone. The parent birds are nearby and will continue to feed the baby on the ground until it can fly. Don't worry if you've already touched it; the parent birds WILL NOT reject young due to human handling. This is an old wives' tale.
IF the bird is not mostly feathered, appears injured/ill, or is in serious danger (ie. right on a roadway), call a wildlife rehabilitator for instructions on how to procede until they can pick it up. You can generally find a listing via your state's department of environmental conservation, fish and wildlife, etc. Or, you can search goggle for the National Wildlife Rehabilitator's Association and click under "locate a rehabilitator" for a listing.
Please remember that attempting to rear or keep a migratory bird yourself, though tempting, is illegal and bad for the animal in the long run. All cautions aside, thanks for caring!
I didnt touch it. I watched for a while and the parents where around. It did have alot of feathers, but didn't look fully mature. Its kindof cool now that you put it in perspective, because i did watch for about an hour. Thanks you.
