OK so I got a baby red knee about 3 weeks ago, and the seller said she had fed her a day before I got her, ik with babies, u feed them once to twice a week, I've tried near probably everything, from nudging the food closer to her, to leaving the food over night and I can't seem to get her to eat. Please if u have any answers or suggestions let me know

Common names are something to avoid. A lot of Brachypelma have red/orange knee and I'm not exactly sure which species you are talking about. Try using scientific names

As the feeding concern, there is nothing to worry about. It might be in premolt or just not hungry. Try to feed your T once a week until it eats or molts. Do not let feeders in the enclosure for more that 24h as they can hurt the T if molting

Even slings of slow growing species can go several months without food so it's not going to starve in any hurry, just make sure it has water available/dampen sub as needed.

For slow growing species like Brachypelma hamorii I usually feed every 7-10 days as slings, just leave a pre-killed feeder in overnight and remove in the morning if uneaten.

Please post pictures of the T and its enclosure. :)

And as @vounti said, please forget about common names, they are confusing at best. ;) You probably have a Brachypelma hamorii but that's something you need to check with the person you got it from.
