Please tell us more - like were you there when it happened, etc - I want to hear all about it - my vagans is the wierdest T of the bunch (in my modest collection anyway) and any intelligence I can gather from fellow vagan herders helps increase my understanding of the devil-spider under my care. (His latest antic: he picked up his water dish -a milk bottle cap - and leaned it half-A-frame style against his enclosure surface - I wish I could have been there to see it happen 
- gram for gram that had to be akin to me picking up a garage door with my bare hands ... I'm theorizing that he was pissed off that it had dried out and was letting me know with his usual "tarantula-on-a-piece-of-pound-cake" subtlety .... I refilled it and he seems to be okay with it now....)
