They take what feels like forever. And if the humidity and temps ain't right, they won't hatch at all. Getting the egg cases to hatch is the hardest part of lateralis husbandry.
If your temp is about 80, spray a little for a couple days on the egg crates, but not too much to cause mold, all of sudden there will be thousands of nymphs, and once they start the only way to slow them down is stop all humidity including drinking water.
