I keep mine very well fed. I always have fruits or veggies and my uber secret dry roach food available to them. I also try to keep the adult male population down by feeding them off. What size container are they in? Giving them more space may also help out. Btw the video has been sped up several times normal speed

Thats a pretty cool video. I also recently shot a video of my dubia colony. I hadn't fed them in a few days, so I threw in some baby carrots and cat food and they went crazy. they were so busy eating they were completely oblivious to my camera.

I also feed off males to keep their population down, otherwise they constantly chase each other around. I would say in my colony of 400 I have about 25-30 adult males, they seem to get the job done ;)
