Could somebody show me a picture (with a size comparion) or a tell how big "newborn" B. dubia nymphs are? The roaches should never be able to get to the top of the lid where I've drilled the ventiliation holes, but I'm rather paranoid about escapees..and I was just wondering how big "newborns" were. (I suppose I could just screen over the holes on the outside anyway.)

Also, if I have a better idea of how big they are, I can get a much better idea if I've got adults producing babies yet. I know I've got some adults running around in my colony now, and while I wouldn't expect babies just yet, you never know.

I have new nymphs! {D I'm going to cover the holes with some screen anyway, this weekend.

However, this is not to keep roaches in, but to keep other things out. I found a small house spider in the area of my roach colony and looking "interested". ;P
