No immature roach of any species anywhere has wings. Final wing development is pretty much the hallmark sign of incomplete metamorphosis.

you have to look at the abdomen from underneath.

the females will have one large plate where the abdomen terminates whereas the males will have 2 smaller plates. (these are Gromphadorhina portentosa but they body structure is almost exactly the same)
