Yes, but we really need to know the size, and the size of the spider going into it, to say whether it is appropriate. The setup itself is fine, but it is dependent upon the spider's size.

The sling that’s in it is about 3/4 of an inch the box is 2” wide 4” long
I would put them into something smaller for the time being, until they get a bit more size on them. Sometimes, when their home is on the larger side, they hide more and eat less. As a result, they could grow a lot more slowly. Plus, it is more difficult for you to control the environment - keeping it a bit damp in places for a spiderling gets more challenging.
This is a rough guideline that I use for enclosure sizes.
