I haven't seen one of these guys in years, and stumbled upon a mature female WITH two eggsacs and live hatchlings in my garage! And the coolest part, she was eating a wolf spider!
I tried to get the best pic I could, she has her nest in the rim of a big plastic container and it's an awkward angle to get pics. I know pic isn't the best, but I am in Kentucky, so what sp would yall guess? Steatoda grossa or borealis? She is clearly a Steatoda, I can tell that much, dark body, looks like a widow without the markings. @darkness975 thought you might like seeing this.
