I've heard live plants really help in keeping the humidity up in a terrarium. I know that my A. Avicularia is a tropical species, and needs a higher humidity than others, and was hoping for some recommendations for some live plants. Any help would be much appreciated.

I don't think you need plants to help with humidity for avics, but if you DO use plants, I've always read that Pothos are the way to go.
Pothos are easy. Anything that is marked "low-light" is the way to go.
Plants are more of a decorative thing than anything else. The added humidity as a result of having a pothos in your Avic's enclosure would be very slight at best. What's more important for your T is having a continously full water dish.
