My A. avic Heather dropped a sac on 04.28.08. This was very exciting as it was my first ever T sac. Heather officially belongs to my 13 year old niece so we did this breeding project together. However, the teenage thing has hit and I think she has more or less lost interest. That's okay because I'm having a blast watching them grow and taking care of everyone.
We acquired Heather from ScorpDemon in June 2007.
I acquired Peter Parker from Warpig in I believe November 2007.
** Both Chris (ScorpDemon) and George (Warpig) are awesome people to deal with by the way!!
So, here is a little (or not so little) picture diary of the slings! They grew REALLY fast and all but 2 have molted into 2nd instar as I write this - oh by now they could be done as well! I will be offering them food this weekend and as soon as I get my vials George will be receiving his portion of the slings. There will be ~ 45 slings available by next week or so. I want to make sure they are eating well first. I am so excited they have done so well. I didn't lose any from 1st to 2nd instar. Later this weekend I will write up my breeding report.
