Avicularia avicularia
This is Zukin, an adult female. I've got the most pics of her out my Ts. She's very photogenic ;)

Having a drink from her web

Having a drink from her bowl

Possibly repairing her web. Sorry Zukin!

Hanging out

"Screw you guys, I'm going home"

At home, looking mysterious

Avicularia versicolor
This is my versi, Flashback Freestyle  This one's at a 2 and a half inch leg span now. It is growing very rapidly, which makes me wonder if it's a male. Time and molts will tell.

Great pics! I love your B. albo. Her/his opisthosoma hair looks much thicker and longer than most albos I have seen.

Thanks for sharing!

Thanks SNAFU, I think it's on yours and everyone's list it seems. Keep your eyes peeled on the For Sale section, you may be at the right place at the right time

Thank you! He is a cute little guy :D
I seriously thought I was going to lose him last year. Maybe some of you remember, he's the Chaco that had the nasty blister on his opisthosoma. Here's the thread, you'll see the pics:

What a relief he got over that!

Thanks Jen! I've noticed that too! It's a very nice trait
Another sidenote, earlier this year this T showed symptoms similar to those of dyskinetic syndrome. It would go into crazy spasms, flick hairs like mad, and didn't eat or drink. Its abdomen shrunk considerably and the sides were bald from flicking. I would offer food every 2 weeks. After about 4 months of this, it just snapped out of it and nabbed a cricket. It's been fine since. Whew! {D

Whoa! Really? I'm glad to hear it came out of it! It really is an exceptionally beautiful albo. Though I think they're all gorgeous!

That's awsome that your chaco got over that blister.
How many times has it molted since the blister was gone?

Aww man way to put me on the spot  Thanks a lot I appreciate that. Guess I'll have to borrow back the camera from my sis :D I've had plenty of molts and some new additions the past few months. The G.pulchra doesn't look like a baby anymore, but a tiiiny brown adult. It's too cute

Welcome to AB btw, you'll learn a lot here
