I know the year is far from over but I just am running out of room in my comp from all of the photos :) Here is my list so far and some pics included.

**Oxybelis aeneus found dead near a hiking trail with a lizard in its mouth**

Excellent shots! One thing I look forward to about visiting my friends out west are the rattler photographs i plan on coming away with :)

That last phto, is the snake dead or are we jsut sad for hte lizard?

Nice eye, that snake is indeed dead. It was really odd as that was not found on the road but near a hiking tail. It appears to have choaked to death on the lizard which was way to large.
