How do you keep your Augacephalus sp.? I read that they are from Mozambique, do you set them up partly moist?
I got three of them and i keep them a bit more moist than my other harpactirinae. Pictures or the species and set-up are appreciated ;)

I don't keep these species, but I love Africa, keep them the way they would exist naturally, to know how much moisture they need. Dont spray water, drip it down on side until it dries, I prefer a water dish to add humidity
Tarantulas are easy to take care of, I hope you have fun : )

Thank you for your reply! I am familiar with basic tarantula husbandry though ☺. I was just asking because there is not much husbandry information about this species.

This is one of them:

I had two slings. They was eating very good. When reached ~one inch, both suddenly died.

It's a pretty tarantula 🥰, if theres a lack of care sheets on this species, i would research them in the wild and copy that, especially if no one here knows the species specific requirments

unless @cold blood has any corrections i would say it would be logical to keep them the same as other fossorial species from the same locale eg: Ceratogyrus Marshalli, Ceratogyrus meridionalis, etc - alls i know is it’s on the top of my “to-get” list

Dry. Keep similar to I. Mira and Ceratogyrus sp.

A. ezendami was actually my first OW T. Mine made an impressive dirt tower right in the middle of it's enclosure. I will also concur with a few of the others though that it had a pretty weak feeding response as a sling.

I think you should listen to @cold blood in regards to these T,s.He has actually kept, raised ,and produced these .
Take any advise from people who “heard from a guy in a Lift ride, that he knows a guy whose sister had one”, with a great deal of skepticism.
