Has anybody been to the Audubon Insectarium in New Orleans that just opened last week? A few years ago I visited the Insectarium de Montreal, which gets 400,000 visitors per year. It was AWESOME...besides insects, many arachnids including tarantulas! The New Orleans Insectarium was modeled after its Montreal counterpart. If it is half as good, it will be worth it.
I am planning a road trip to New Orleans next weekend, and I will be visiting the Insectarium. Anybody that has been there, any feedback would be appreciated. Burbon Street at night, Insectarium by day, it doesn't get any better that that!
