Does anybody know if keeping Atypoides Reversi is legally allowed in the ever-so vigilant and protective state of California? I can't seem to find any answers.

Like, hypothetically, if someone were to have found a female specimen crawling around at night following some light rain, would said person legally be allowed to collect it and bring it home?

Sincerely, Someone who doesn't want the California Department of Fish and Wildlife to tear them a new anus over a spider.

Yep should be fine as long as it’s not in a state park.

Did you ever get an answer? I'm very curious to see if these can be kept.
